We take the lamps—already spec’d for your specific voltage and wattage—and build them right into a pre-made chassis. It’s a plug-and-play situation. Here’s the tricky part: high-wattage short-wave lamps are great for getting your glass up to temperature fast, but they’re aggressive. They create intense, localized heat. If you cram too many lamps into a small space, you’re asking for trouble. You risk warping the frame or, worse, frying your wiring. We spend the time balancing the spacing and voltage for you. You get the heat density you need to hit that glass transition temperature, but your electrical panels won’t blow a fuse.

Building a heating array from scratch is a slog. It takes a technician days of tedious wiring and positioning. With a turnkey module, that headache disappears. Instead of managing a thousand tiny connections, you’re just dealing with a few heavy-duty power feeds. Plus, it makes maintenance a breeze.
